Broadcast For Bond

We're sitting around reading today, and I simply need something to stop me from singing any and all songs associated with this:

So, we settled on "The Future Crayon", a compilation of singles and EPs by the great British band Broadcast.

A few chapters and tracks in, and any sort of Yogi the Bear-themed pop songs removed from our collective conscience, a new discussion emerged. If the new James Bond franchise (Daniel Craig, Aston Martins (I think), less ridiculous plot lines, etc) is expected to put some much needed ooomph into the franchise, why not overhaul the soundtrack too? Instead of Sheryl Crow and Pulp competing for the title of sub-standard theme song to a movie franchise 30 years past its prime, why not enlist a band who truly knows the score to great movie scores?

Am I the only one who could imagine James walking through a casino to the strains of "Poem Of Dead Song" , defusing a bomb to the sounds of "Still Feels Like Tears ", or driving away, bloody and bruised, from a massive explosion to "Unchanging Window / Chord Simple "? If that's the case, then I'm not sure I really am a believer in the new and improved James Bond.
